The DS3 Youth Group (5th-8th grade) will be heading to Camp Crosley for a fun-filled overnight retreat!
Saturday, October 2 – Sunday, October 3
Camp Crosley is located on the shores of Lake Tippecanoe in North Webster, Indiana. The accommodations include heated cabins, bunk beds, and full bathroom facilities.
The YMCA camp provides knowledgeable and enthusiastic counselors that will be leading the activities. The DS3 youth leaders will be chaperoning the middle school students in all the activities throughout the two days. The cost is $85 per student. This includes three family-style sit-down meals, sleeping accommodations, five activities, transportation, and loads of fun with friends and leaders!

We will leave from Blackhawk Ministries Gathering Space (Door #12) at 10:00 AM on Saturday, October 2nd, and return Sunday, October 3rd around 2:00 PM. Students will need to bring a labeled refillable water bottle and a labeled packed DISPOSABLE lunch for their first meal on Saturday.
Packing List:
Students need to be able to carry their own belongings in one trip. This should include a sleeping bag in a garbage bag that is labeled, pillow, bug spray (optional), labeled refillable water bottle, pair of jammies, tennis shoes, casual clothing (subject to get dirty), change of socks and underwear, refillable water bottle (required), toothpaste/toothbrush, towel/washcloth, comb, flashlight (optional), hat (optional), sweatshirt/jacket (watch the weather forecast), and spending money (optional–camp store).
