Well the Blizzard of ’22 came and went. While we didn’t get the full anticipated amount of snow, we certainly did get a lot of the white stuff!
Pastor Weaz and a few young adults got together and went into our community to help those who needed a helping hand removing the snow.
Ryan, Korban, Ben and Weaz ventured out in the snow and were able to remove snow from driveways, sidewalks and porches for 7 families and widows. On the way to those homes, they saw a truck stuck on the side of the road and Korban was able to use his truck to get them freed up and on their way.
We even recruited a few “young” young adults to help with one of the driveways!
Our Young Adults Ministry is looking for more opportunities to serve those who need assistance in various ways. If you are aware of any widows or elderly or those with needs, please contact Pastor Weaz and he’ll see what his team can do!
