The heart of God is the essence of who He is, what He desires, His will, and His purposes. 

February has been filled with special moments for our Blackhawk Kids to reflect on the Heart of God, His purpose, and HIS great BIG love for each of us.

 Blackhawk Kids had a really special opportunity to love on the Legacy class through their Valentine Luncheon. Each of our kids created cards to be at every place setting. The luncheon theme was The Heart of God. 

 Blackhawk Kids Preschoolers created a special handprint reflector of John 3:16 – The Greatest Love – The Greatest sacrifice – The Cross. John 3:16

 Blackhawk Kids Elementary created a reminder for home of what Love Is! Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.  It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.  Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Bracelets were sent home to remind us to share Jesus and His love with those we meet this week!
